Distichs of Cato, 1.11.1:

Dilige sic alios, ut sis tibi carus amicus
Love other people, yet be your own best friend

Menander, Monostichoi,  407:

Οὐκ ἔστιν οὐδείς, ὅστις οὐχ αὑτῷ φίλος
No one is a friend to others, who is not a friend to himself
